Instructions for Filling Application Form
New User Registration
Candidates need to get registered in the portal as New User by entering their Name as in 10th class certificate, Valid E-mail, Valid Mobile Number, and Captcha.
After successful registration, candidates will get a confirmation message (to be sent to their registered E-mail ID and Mobile No).
Registered User
A registered candidate will be allowed to login into the portal by entering his/her login ID and password (to be sent to their E-mail ID) for filling up the Application Form.
Candidates have to provide the following required Information (the data already provided during registration will be brought automatically)
- Family Information (Father's & Mother's Name)
- Personal information (Aadhar Card Number, Date of Birth, Gender)
- Category
- Physically challenged (Yes/No)
- Nationality (Indian/Foreign)
- Address
- Preferred City for Entrance Test and Preferred City for Interview
- Academic Qualifications Details
- Work Experience After Qualifying Degree (Yes/No)
- Upload Photo [File Format: jpeg / jpg / png; Width: 200 pixel; Height: 300 pixel; Horizontal Resolution: 96 dpi; Vertical Resolution: 96 dpi]
- Upload Signature [File Format: jpeg / jpg / png; Width: 300 pixel; Height: 150 pixel; Horizontal Resolution: 96 dpi; Vertical Resolution: 96 dpi]
- Upload Aadhar Card [File Format: pdf; Size: Less than 150 kb]
- Upload Educational Qualification Certificate(s) one by one from 10th Class [File Format: pdf; Size: Less than 150 kb]
- Upload the category certificate, if applicable [File Format: pdf; Size: Less than 150 kb]. In case of OBC-NCL, EWS & PwD the certificate must conform to the format given on the PGDBA website/ application portal. Further, OBC-NCL, and EWS certificate must be issued on or after 01st April 2023.
- Enter your work experience details one by one and upload the corresponding certificate [File Format: pdf; Size: Less than 150 kb]
- Verify your mobile number with mobile OTP
- Pay the application fee [₹ 1,250/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories, and ₹ 2,500/- for others)
- After successful payment, the application submission process will be completed and candidates can check their application status in the portal.
Note:
- The candidates are instructed to fill out the online application with utmost care and caution
- The application fee once paid will not be refunded (even if the application is rejected).
- PGDBA-2024 admission test score is valid only for PGDBA 2024 admission
- You can enter two cities in order of your preference for the entrance test. However, the city will be allotted based on availability only.
